Waterfalls of Ouzoud

110 m high, the Ouzoud waterfalls are one of the natural wonders that you should not miss. They are reached after a journey of 150 km, i.e. about 2 hours 30 minutes.

The path that leads to the foot of the waterfalls is lined with numerous shops and restaurants. The atmosphere is good! A tribe of macaques (monkeys) has taken up residence in the cliffs and trees around the waterfall. They are very fond of peanuts that you may offer them.

At the bottom of the waterfall you can climb onto one of the many makeshift rafts that take you safely to the approach of the waterfalls.

The most courageous and sporty will hike around the waterfalls following the path along the Ouzoud river, in the middle of the olive trees.
