Starting from Les Jardins de la Médina, you will successively discover the Saadian Tombs, the Kasbah Mosque, the famous Bab Agnaou gate and the old Mellah (the Jewish quarter). This very lively shopping area will welcome you to its covered market and its many shops. After having crossed the place of the tinsmiths, you will arrive at the famous Bahia Palace. Your guide will make sure to show you the traditional bread oven and a farnatchi (the oven that keeps the heat of the hammam and where some traditional dishes such as tanjia are cooked) and end up on the famous Jemma El Fna square and its colourful souks.
